Diana has always seen herself as a caretaker. She sees the potential of what children can be, and works to find more ways for them to grow and thrive. That’s why she and her son Santiago are part of the founding family at Achievement First Providence Mayoral Academy. It is also why she fights for others to have that same chance. Santiago’s growth in school inspired her to hold herself to higher expectations. She is continuing to advocate fiercely for others, and becoming even more involved in the school community, in her role at Achievement First Iluminar Mayoral Academy.
