Carlos does not shy away from a challenge. As a high school student, he interned for a New York state senator and attended a pre-college program at Brown University. Now, he’s taken what he learned at AF to Appleton, Wisconsin, where he is studying political science at Lawrence University. As a speech and debate champion, he’ll continue to make his voice heard as he advocates for human rights anywhere his dreams take him.
