When Megan started at Achievement First in 2008, she was a recent college graduate with an interest in political science and education. She put her passions into her work as coordinator on our external relations team. Today, she is director on team development, which is responsible for raising the philanthropy our schools and Network Support offices need to serve students across three states. A manager and lead grant writer, she’s a leader with a decade of personal and professional growth at AF—here she’s earned several promotions, became a wife and a mother, and seen the number of students in our schools more than double.
